Fast Cleanup: Storage Clean · The Nest Art Company Limited

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fast Cleanup: Storage Clean ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

The Nest Art Company Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Fast Cleanup solely to:

• Scan your personal photo library for duplicate and similar photos
• Delete unwanted photos to free up storage space on your device
• Manage your personal photo collection

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

5. In-App Purchases

Fast Cleanup offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Delete Duplicate Photos Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are:

• Processed by Apple through the App Store
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy
• Tied to your Apple ID and transferable across your personal devices

For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Photo Deletion

Fast Cleanup allows you to permanently delete photos from your device. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any deletion. The Nest Art Company Limited is not responsible for any loss of photos resulting from use of the App. We strongly recommend backing up your photo library before performing bulk deletions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of The Nest Art Company Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Nest Art Company Limited does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Nest Art Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or photos, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
